摘要
以AT89C2051单片机为控制核心,结合数/模转换器NJU39612及双极性驱动器NJM3777,采用等步距角的细分控制策略,设计出一种新颖的步进电机恒流斩波细分驱动控制系统。当选用步距角为0.9°/1.8°的两相混合式步进电机,配导程为1 mm的精密滚珠丝杆时,系统可实现对步进电机单步微调位移为0.02/0.04μm的控制精度。
This paper takes a single chip AT89C2051 as the core controller,combined with a D/A converter NJU39612 and a double-pole step motor driver NJM3777,and a novel control system,in which consisted a subdivided driver for step motor,is designed by using the strategy of equal stepping angle,with switch-mode and constant current.When chosen the experimental model of two-phase hybrid stepping motor with 0.9/1.8° stepping angle and the precise ball screw with 1 mm lead,the control system is demonstrated that the precision of single step displacement of step motor is to 0. 02/0. 04 μm.
