摘要
以某电厂360MW机组为对象,建立汽包水位数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink平台上进行仿真试验,获得了模型的动态特性。仿真结果表明,所建模型各系数为压力的函数,模型具有明显的时变性与非线性,可用于检验控制系统在大范围内的控制性能。当汽轮机调节阀和给水流量、燃料量扰动时,汽包水位变化的动态特性均表现为具有惯性和无自平衡能力的特征。
Taking 360 MW unit in one power plnat as the object,a mathematic model of waterlevel in the drum has been established,and an emulation test being carried out on the Matlab/Simulink platform, obtaining the dynamic characters of the model. Results of emulation show that each coefficient of the established model is a function of the pressure. The model has remarkable time - varying behavior and non - linearity. It can be used to check control performance of the control system in a large range. In the event of disturbance occurring in turbine's govenor valve, feed water flow rate, or fuel quantity, the dynamic characters of water - level variation in the drum are all manifested as boasting inertia and having no ability for selfbalance.
