摘要
炉膛上部灰渣塌落造成的锅炉灭火故障较多,是影响锅炉安全运行的主要问题之一。对此,提出了消除结渣源,避免低氧运行,改善不良配风,对带有渣池的固态除渣锅炉将连续除渣改为定期除渣,延长除渣周期,降低渣池水位,提高渣池存渣量等措施。
Many outfire troublers resulted from ash - slag collapse in the furnace are main problems affecting safe operation of boilers. For this, some measures have been put forward, including eliminating the source of slagging, avoiding operation under low oxygen concentration, improving poor air distribution,changing continuous slag removal into periodic removal, lengthening the period of slag removal, lowering the water - level in slag pool,and increasing the slag storage capacity in the slag pool etc.
