摘要
华能伊敏发电厂针对2台超临界500MW机组锅炉电除尘器阴极电机和减速机振打系统故障频繁及检修维护不便等问题,研发了气动振打执行机构和振打自动脱钩装置,并依此对振打机构进行了改造。改造后,振打设备以压缩空气为动力,结构简单,便于维护,节能效果显著。
Directing against problems occurred on cathode of electrostatic preciptators（EP）for boilers of two supercritical 500 MW units in Huaneng Yimin Power Plant,such as troubles frequently appeared in motor-reducer rapping system,and inconvenience in repair and maintenance etc. ,a pneumatic rapping system,including actuator cabinet and atomatic tripping facility has been developed, and the original rapping system being retrofitted according to the newly developed pneumatic rapping system. After retrofit, the rapping equipment uses compressed air as motive force, having simple structure, being convenience in maintenance, boasting remarkable energysaving effectiveness.
