摘要
在国电大同发电有限责任公司2×600MW机组凝结水精处理系统中,对国产及进口粉末离子交换树脂进行了比对应用试验研究。结果表明,采用国产粉末离子交换树脂的覆盖过滤器出水的各项指标均符合GB/T12145-2008要求,过滤器压差比采用进口树脂的小10kPa,系统运行同期制水量大。由此证明,国产粉末离子交换树脂完全能够取代国外产品,可满足粉末树脂覆盖过滤器的要求,并且性能优于国外产品。
In the condensare polishing treatment system of 2 × 600 MW units in Guodian Datong Power Generation Co Ltd, a test study for comparison of using home -made powdered ion exchange resin with that imported from abroad has been carried out. Results show that the utilization of home - made powdered ion exchange resin can make indices of the effluent water fully comform to the standard GB/TI 1425- 2008,pressure difference of the filter is 10 kPa lower than that of inlet resin, the system has long period of operation and large output capacity of effluent water. The home -made powdered ion exchange resin can fully substute for products imported from abroad,and can satisfy the requirements of precoated filters using powdered ion exchange resin, its performance is superior to that of products from abroad.
