摘要
简要介绍YNE系列粉末离子交换树脂和纤维粉的研制以及在3个电厂进行的该产品与国外同类产品的对比应用试验。结果表明,YNE系列粉末离子交换树脂和纤维粉在同一机组、同一水质、同一过滤器条件下,用量可比进口产品少5%～10%,且运行周期长,运行成本可降低10%～30%;性能满足粉末树脂覆盖过滤器系统的要求。
The development of YNE series powdered ion exchang resin and fibre powder,as well as application test in three power plants for comparison of this product with products of same kind imported from abroad have been briefly presented. Results show that the used quantity of YNE powdered ion echange resin and powder in same unit and same filter can be reduced by 5%-10% than that of products imported from abroad, and boasting long period of operation, the cost of operation can be reduced by 10% -30 %. The performance can satisfy requirements of the powdered resin pre- coated filter.
