摘要
本文第一部分报道了以粘土包被剂SP-Ⅱ、降滤失剂CHSP-Ⅰ、防塌剂WFT-666、降粘剂GN-1四种阳离子型泥浆处理剂为基础的新型防塌阳离子聚合物泥浆的配方、性能特别是耐固相污染性能;第二部分介绍了该泥浆在塔里木、河南、南海西部、渤海等油田40余口井应用概况,详细报道了在塔里木、塔中、牙哈地区五口井,英买力地区YM24井,南海W12-1-2井使用的情况。
The lst part of this paper deScribes the recepts, performance properties and tolerance to solid contaminations,in particular, of a novel anti-caving cationic polymer drilling fluid formulated with cationic additives: clay capsulating agent SP-Ⅱ, filtrate loss reducer SHSP-Ⅰ, anti-caving agent WFT-666, viscosity reducer GN-1, and low molecular capsulating/inhibittw agent CSW-Ⅰ. The 2nd Part intnduces the fied uses of this fluid in more than 40 wells of various Oil Fields in general and in 5 wells in Tazhong and Yaha districts of Tarim, in well YM24 in Ingmaili district of Tarim, and in well W12-1-2 in Sanwei, South Sea Oil Field in detail.
