摘要
针对媒介黑PV原有工艺的不足,对偶合反应中原料配比、反应温度,以及增加精制过程进行了工艺改进,使产品质量达到国际标准,同时大幅度降低原料消耗。
Aiming at shortages of the original production technology of acid mordant black PV dye , raw material ratio and reaction temperature in coupling reaction were improved as well as adding refined process . The product quality reached international standard, at the same time raw material consumption was significantly reduced.
