摘要
提出用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定儿童头发中的锌含量的方法,综合考虑了样品消化处理条件、影响测定的相关因素,制定了分析方法。该方法具有较高的灵敏度、很好的重现性、干扰少等特点。
The determination method of zinc content in the children' hair with the atomic absorption spectrum of air - acetylene flames was put forward. Digestion and treatment conditions and relative factors of influencing determination were discussed. The analytic method was established. This method has many characteristics of higher sensitivity, good repeatability, few interference.
