Brief on extruded curb wall technology of CFRD

随着挤压墙技术在面板堆石坝施工中的大范围应用,挤压墙技术受到越来越多的设计和施工人员的重视。调查搜集了国内外十多座使用挤压墙技术的典型工程有关资料,对挤压墙的布置和尺寸、混凝土的材料性能和要求、挤压墙与混凝土面板接触面的处理、挤压墙对混凝土面板的应力、变形及裂缝的影响进行了归纳、统计和分析探讨。

With the spread application of extruded curb wall technology in construction of CFRD, more and more attention has been paid on the technology by design and construction personnel. Through collecting the data of extruded curb wall technology applied in more than ten typical projects in China and abroad, the paper presents the summary, statistics and analysis of the arrangement and size of extruded curb wall, the concrete performance and requirements, the treatment of contact surface between the extruded curb wall and the concrete face slab, and the impact of the extruded curb wall on the stress, deformation and cracking of concrete face slab.
