项目后评价是基本建设程序中的一个重要阶段,在介绍水利水电建设项目后评价内容及评价指标、讨论后评价主要方法的基础上,探讨了后评价方法的发展趋势和目前的问题,重点分析了模糊多层次综合评价法的基本理论和操作思路,以供参考。
Project post-evaluation is an important phase in the capital construction procedure. Based on presentation of the items, evaluation indexes and main methods of post-evaluation of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects, the paper discusses the development trend and current issues of the post-evaluation method, focusing on analyzing the basic theory and execution concept of fuzzy and muhi-level synthetic evaluation method.
