摘要
介绍了聚丙烯酰胺与乙酸铬的成胶作用,探讨了聚丙烯酰胺分子量和用量、乙酸铬用量、温度、pH值、剪切作用、水质等因素对成胶作用的影响及缓凝剂对成胶时间的控制,对凝胶的热稳定性和封堵性能进行了室内评价。
In this paper a polyacrylamide/chromium (Ⅲ) acetate aqueous gelling system is presented for water shutoff and injectivity profile modification. To obtanine the gelling solution with proper gelation time and high gel viscosity,influencing factors such as molecular weight and ancentration of polyacrylamide, concentration of Cr acetate,temperature pH value, introducing gelation retarder, shear and water quality are investigated. The gelling solution, in fresh and salty waters, thus formulated tums into gel at 35-95℃. The gel formed is stable at least in 45 days at 70℃. In core flow experiments high plugging rate of>99. 9% for water is observed after gel treatment.
