摘要
本文以一个典型而独特的球形组合件为例,从零件和装配项目的分析入手,进行全面的工艺分析,以保证尺寸和形位精度的同时兼顾便于安装、加工和测量的原则研究和制定数控加工工艺。
In this paper, with a typical an special spherical assembly as an example, a complete analysis of the process is conducted by analyzing the parts and the assembly project,and NC machining process is researched and developed, in order to ensure the precision of dimension and geometric tolerance, as well as taking into account the principle of easy to install ,easy to process and to measure.
