摘要
本文运用ANSYS软件,结合机械优化设计方法,对氨合成塔端盖主螺栓进行有限元分析,应用随机搜索的方法选取最优的结构尺寸,提供既合理又经济的方案,对设备的设计、制造等提供有益的参考价值。
With the application of ANSYS software and combination with the mechanical optimal design methods, this paper makes a finite element analysis on the main bolt of top cover of the ammonia converter. Through selecting the optimal structure size by random search, it presents a both reasonable and economical scheme, consequently provides a beneficial reference for the equipment design and manufacturing.
