This paper describes the features of LabVIEW, and introduces the method of data acquisition based on LabVIEW and serial pert. By the above method, we complete designing a real-time monitoring vacuum system, which reads the serial data of the vacuum gauge by LabVIEW＇ s VISA, then deals with the data and shows it. This realizes the serial data acquisition of vacuum based on LabVIEW.
