超临界CO_2微乳液法制备纳米氧化锆 被引量:2

Preparation of Nanometer ZrO_2 by Supercritical CO_2 Microemulsion

摘要 采用超临界CO2微乳液法制备了纳米ZrO2颗粒,利用XRD、TEM、BET、TG-DSC、激光粒度分析等方法对所得的样品进行表征。结果表明:经超临界CO2微乳液过程可制得非晶相ZrO2前躯体,前躯体经550℃煅烧后转变为四方相ZrO2,900℃煅烧后转变为单斜相ZrO2,ZrO2颗粒分布均匀,粒径为40 nm左右。 ZrO2 nano-particles were prepared by supercritieal CO2 microemulsion. The samples obtained were characterized by using XRD, TEM, BET, and laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that: amorphous zirconia former body can be obtained by the supercritical CO2 mieroemulsion process , zirconia former body turned to a single tetragonal zirconia when calcined at 550 ℃ ,and the samples turned into a single phase of monoclinic zirconia at 900 ℃. Particle size of 40 nm could be prepared, and the particles were well-distributed.
