摘要
绩效管理实践存在的诸多问题使得企业不得不改革绩效管理模式。以战略为导向的绩效管理体系由于自身所具备的先进理念为企业提供了解决绩效管理问题的有效途径。构建以战略为导向绩效管理体系可以从绩效管理的目标制定、辅导实施、考核评价和绩效反馈等方面进行。
Enterprises have to reform performance management models for there are many problems in the process of performance management practice. Strategy - oriented performance management system has provided an effective way to solve these problems for its advanced concepts. In order to build a strategy - oriented performance management system, we can design performance management objectives, give guidance in the implementation process, assess staff performance and give feedback.
