摘要
针对现有土壤腐蚀性评价方法存在的问题,提出了一种模糊综合评价油气管道沿线土壤腐蚀性的新方法。模糊综合评价方法的关键在于评价因素的隶属度和权重的确定,而隶属度和权重的确定往往受人为因素的影响很大,这必然会严重影响评价结果的合理性。因此,根据评价对象、评价因素集及评价目标,提出了以土壤腐蚀速率为参考因素,运用各因素的灰色关联度确定其权重的新思路;同时根据岭形系列曲线的特点,导出了确定单因素隶属度的计算关系式;阐明了该方法的基本原理及实施程序,并用算例说明了该方法的具体应用。该方法在理论上是科学的,而且很容易程序化,为长距离油气管道沿线土壤的腐蚀性评价提供了一种有效的手段。
In view of the extant problems about the methods for evaluating soil corrosivity,a new method for fuzzily and comprehensively evaluating soil corrosivity along oil and gas pipelines is proposed.The key of the fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method is to determine the subordinateness and weights of evaluation factors,however,the determination of the subordinateness and weight is always greatly influenced by human factors,which may seriously affect the reasonableness of the evaluation results.So that,in light of the evaluation objects,factor set and targets,by taking soil corrosion rate as reference factor,a new thought on determining the weights by use of the grey subordinatenesses of various factors is proposed;simultaneously,according to the property of ridge form series curves,a calculation relation of determining single factor subordinateness is derived;the basic principles and implementations of the method are expounded and the application of the method is explained by use of an example.This method is scientific in theory and easy to be programed,which provides an efficient measure for evaluating soil corrosivity along the long distance oil and gas pipelines.
