天然气资源在我国化学工业中的利用现状及发展前景

PRESENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECT PREDICTION OF UTILIZING NATURAL GAS RESOURCES IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY IN CHINA

我国天然气消费中，工业用量天然气占２／３，化工用天然气为工业用量的一半以上，约占天然气总消费量的１／３。其中大部分用作生产合成氨、甲醇等化工产品的原料。用天然气为原料与煤炭和石油资源相比，天然气是理想的能源资源和化工原料；以天然气为原料的化工产品能耗低，工艺流程短，投资省，经济效益好。通过对合成氨和甲醇行业中长期发展目标的论述，可以预计，到２０００年，化工行业天然气资源的消费比例将由现在的６％增加到９％，其中以天然气为原料的合成氨产品将接近２４％，甲醇产品将接近１８％，化工行业的能源消费结构在总体上更趋合理，合成氨和甲醇产品的能耗将明显下降。

In China,the industrial gas accounts for two thirds of the total natural gas consumption and the gas utilized in chemical industry is more than a half of the industrial gas,being about one third of the total one.Most of it was used as raw materials of producing the chemical products as synthetic ammonia and methyl alcohol,etc.In comparison with coal and oil resources,natural gas is the ideal energy resources and chemical raw materials and the chemical products of taking natural gas as raw materials have the properties of low energy consumption,short technological process,investment saving and good economic benefit.Through the demonstration of the middle and long term development targets of synthetic ammonia and methyl alcohol industries,it is predicted that the proportion of consuming natural gas in chemical industry to the total consumption will be increased from 6% at present to 9% to 2000,in which the synthetic ammonia products of taking natural gas as the raw materials will near to 24% and the methyl alcohol products to 18%,The energy consumption structure in chemical industry will be more reasonable in general and the energy consumption of the synthetic ammonia and methyl alcohol products will be obviously decreased.
