UOE焊管制造过程中管端剩磁变化的研究

摘要 对UOE焊管生产过程中不同工序间管端的剩磁变化情况进行了研究。通过跟踪测量发现从钢板到制成钢管过程中管端剩磁虽存在较大变化,但成品钢管的剩磁均较小(不超过1.0mT),一般均能满足标准要求,从而得出所生产的UOE焊管不需进行退磁的结论。 It introduced residual magnetism variation in pipe ends during different processes of UOE welded pipe.Through tracing inspection,the result showed although it existed great variation during processing from steel plate to steel pipe products,the residual magnetism of final steel pipe products was less(not more than 1.0 mT),and generally can meet the requirements of standard,as well as UOE welded pipe need not demagnetization.
