摘要
介绍了一种钢管焊缝陶瓷衬垫补焊辅助装置及其焊接工艺,即利用补焊辅助装置在钢管焊缝背面加装陶瓷衬垫,采用CO2气体保护焊打底,CO2气体保护焊或手工电弧焊填充、盖面。该工艺实现了钢管补焊单面焊双面成形,焊缝不仅成形良好,无焊瘤,而且具有较好的力学性能,焊工补焊操作难度大大降低,钢管补焊质量和效率显著提高,焊缝质量满足相关标准要求。
This article introduced the ceramic cushion of steel pipe weld aided device and its corresponding welding procedure. That is to attach a ceramic cushion onto the weld back using the aided device, adopting CO2 gas shielded welding to the root,and then fill and cover welding using CO2 gas shielded welding or manual electric arc welding. This repair welding procedure realized steel pipe weld from one side welding to two sides forming. The weld is not only with good shape, free of weld beading but also with better mechanical properties. In addition, the operating difficulty of repair welder is decreased greatly, remarkably increase the repair welding quality and efficiency, the repair weld quality can be fully conforming to the requirements of the related standards.
