华北油田微生物单井吞吐采油技术应用 被引量:8

摘要 简略地介绍了微生物采油技术的发展概况、增产作用机理及华北油田微生物采油技术的应用情况,通过30口可对比试验井的效果分析,总结出了微生物单井吞吐采油的适用范围、见效特征及选井中应注意的几个问题,指出室内菌种筛选技术是微生物采油成功的关键,微生物注入量、注入周期的合理确定是影响经济效益的重要因素。微生物单井吞吐是小断块、连通状况差、地层温度低的“土豆”油藏很好的增产措施。 This paper briefly introduce the development history and increase productivi-ty mechanism of microbe oil recovery technology, as well as the application of this technolo-gy in Huabei oil field. By analyzing the effect of this technology applied in 3O comparab1e testing wells, the applicable range and effective features of the oil producing technology of huff and puff injection of microbe in individual well as well as several problems deserved to be paid attention to when choosing well are summed up. This paper also points out that the indoor bacterial species screenlng technology ls the key of success of microbe oll recovery, that the reasonable determination of microbe injection amount and perlod are the important factors affecting economic benefit. This paper finally points out that the technology of huff and puff injection of microbe in individual well is a good stimulation method for the 'potato'reservoirs of small fault block and with poor communication and low formation temperature.
