摘要
为探寻何种中等强度负荷的游泳运动对防治骨质疏松和骨骼肌萎缩更为适宜,运用骨矿含量和骨骼肌细胞凋亡等生理指标,对4组小鼠(2个不同年龄对照组,2个不同负荷运动组)采用实验法、数理统计法等研究方法进行过程监测与数据分析。结果表明:中等偏上的游泳负荷强度有利于减缓老龄小鼠骨矿含量的下降速度;中等偏下的游泳负荷强度则能有效地减少骨骼肌细胞凋亡。建议老年人在进行游泳锻炼时,应采取适合自身的运动强度增进身体健康。
The experiment establishes an animal model which could give the change of bone mineral content and apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells when imposing varying moderate load swimming on the aged mice, so as to explore which moderate load swimming is more effective to prevent and cure osteoporosis. The results show that moderate to superior load swimming could slow down the bone mineral content loss but inferior load swimming could decrease skeletal muscle cells apoptosis. It is recommended that the old people should choose suitably moderate load swimming to keep fit.
