摘要
介绍了注水井边测边调系统的组成及工艺原理、达到的技术指标和用途。注水井边测边调系统有测调器、测调阀、投捞工具、地面二次议表及促携式486计算机五部分组成。能在目前广泛使用的偏心分层配水管柱中,对水嘴大小进行调整,同时观测调整过程中被调层注水量变化和全井流压的变化。该系统中的测调器可随意起下对目的层进行调整和测量。4口井现场试验看出,边测过调系统的最大优点是可在地面直接观察到井下流压和流量的变化状况,大大地简化了调配工艺,减少了调配时间。为注水井的调配提供了有效的手段和方法。
This paper introduces the made-up, technological principle, specifications and use of the adjusting while measuring system. This system consists of measuring-adjust-ing device, measuring - adjusting valves, dropping - pulling tool, surface apparatuses and portable 486 computer, can adjust the nozzle in the presently widely used separate zone ec-centric water regulator, meanwhile, monitor the variation of water injection rate of the ad-justed zone and the variation of flow pressure of the whole well during regulating process.The measuring-adjusting device in the system can be pulled or dropped at will so as to ad-just or measure the bed of interest. Field test of 4 wells showed that the most advantage of the adjusting while measuring system is that the variation of down hole flow pressure and flow rate can be observed directly on the ground, this simplifies largely the regulating tech-nology and reduces the regulating time. The adjusting while measuring system has provided an effective means and method for the regulation of water injection well.
