The information technology is an important measure to promote the educational reform and development, so it is imperative to research and take use of information technology for the development of special education. This article discusses how to use the advantages and means of information technology to promote the rapid development of special education, and the principles, the methodology and the implementation strategy, etc. about the information technology applying in special education.
