摘要
在电大开放教育试点的过程中,首先需要确定人才质量标准的价值取向。在阐明价值取向涵义的基础上,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出以下的价值取向主张:注重个体,兼顾社会的价值取向;知识、能力并重,和谐发展的价值取向;人文和科学并举的价值取向。
In the process of education from Television Broadcasting University, we should firstly make sure the value orientation of personnel quality standard. After this paper defines the value orientation, it puts forward the following points from macro aspect to meso aspect to micro aspect, which are focusing on personnel, besides on social value; focusing on knowledge and capability, besides on the value of harmonious development; focusing on the value of humanities and science.
