人才实践能力培养与实践体系建设是教育技术学学科建设中的重要环节,北师大教育技术学院提出了"一体化、三层次、共享式"的实践能力培养新体系,对学生基础实践能力、专业实践能力和科研与创新实践能力的提升做了尝试。

A new system of the talents cultivating about practice was brought forward by the school of educational technology in Beijing Normal University ＂collectivity and 3- layers and share＂. It was an attempt for step up to the base practice talents and professional practice talents and scientific research and innovation practice talents.
