摘要
结垢是油田注水过程中遇到的最严重的问题之一。为了避免由于结垢而造成的一系列不良后果,应对油田水结垢进行科学预测,并提出相应合理的防垢措施。对过去已有的结垢预测方法进行了综合对比,从热力学平衡原理出发,考虑了水矿化度、温度、压力等因素对结垢的影响,提出了更加符合油田实际的预测油田水结垢情况的方法饱和系数法。利用建立起来的方法通过编程计算,分析了歧口17-2油田实验区地下水和注入水及其混合水的结垢情况。
Scale occurence is one of the serious problems in the waterflooding of oilfields. In order to avoid the consequence of the scale, it is neccessary to predict the scale in oilfield and propose the measures for scale control. Saturation coefficient method for predicting scale is obtained in cosideration of effects of salinity, temperature, pressure on scale. The method is based on the comprehensive comparing and the balanced theory of thermodynamics. The computer program is completed. The predicting result is in agreement with the real situation in Qikou 17-2 oilfield.
