摘要 目的:考察Medilox氧化电位水的稳定性及对手和物体表面消毒的效果。方法:Medilox氧化电位水室温放置90 d,期间测定其有效氯含量、pH值和氧化还原电位,并进行对手和物体表面消毒现场试验。结果:在90 d内,Medilox氧化电位水有效氯含量明显降低,pH值也有所下降,氧化还原电位未现下降。其对手及物体表面的消毒效果良好,均达90%以上。结论:Medilox氧化电位水在90 d内质量均符合企业标准,但在存放过程中有效氯含量明显下降,提示Medilox氧化电位水应注意存放条件和效期。 Objective:To assess the stability of electrolyzed oxidizing water and its disinfection effect on hand and on article surface. Methods: Electrolyzed oxidizing water was stored for 90 days under the room temperature and its effective chlorine content, pH value and redox potential (ORP) value were measured and disinfection effect on hands and article surface was tested. Results:Its chlorine content decreased by 36% and pH value by 17% , ORP value showed no significant changes. The average disinfection effect of the electrolyzed oxidizing water on hands and on article surface was over 90%. Conclusion : The quality of the water during 90 days storage meets the quality standards , and effective chlorine content during storage significantly decline, we suggests that the water should be stored in proper conditions and used before date of expiry.
