循证护理在预防锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术并发症中的作用

Evidence-based care in preventing complications of patients undergone subclavian vein catheterization

目的:将循证护理方法应用于解决锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术护理中出现并发症的实践过程。方法:对锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术护理中出现的问题进行汇总、筛选,应用计算机网络检索有关文献,对证据的真实性、可靠性、实用性做出评判和选择。结果:与常规护理相比,运用循证护理可以有效预防锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术并发症的发生,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:运用循证护理可以有效预防锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术并发症的发生,还可以培养护士的评判性思维,提高护士解决问题的能力和工作效率。

Objective ： To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing （EBN） in the prevention of complications in patients undergone subclavian vein catheterization. Methods ： Forty-four patients undergone subclavian vein catheterization were randomly allocated to the group of evidencebased nursing（ n = 22） or conventional care（ n = 22）. The potential care issues were estimated and outlined in the 22 patients with subclavian vein catheterization. The involved documents were gathered through computer network for verifying the facts, reliability and practicability to plan a problem-oriented nursing intervention. The 22 other cases were merely given routine care. Results： Compared with conventional care,EBN produced better effect on the patients undergone subclavian vein catheterization in preventing the complications and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： EBN can be effective in prevention of complications in patients with subclavian vein catheterization. Besides,it may be valuable in cultivating the critical thinking of the nurses in practice and improve their ability to solve the problems and work efficiency.
