摘要
以银合欢实生苗为材料进行扦插繁殖试验,试验分不同插穗条件、不同基质、不同生根促进剂分别处理,按正交设计排列,因素与水平采用L9(34)。试验结果表明插穗条件对生根率的影响最大,基质和生根促进剂2种因素对扦插生根率的影响作用不明显;基质是影响不定根长度的主要因子,插穗条件是影响苗高的主要因子。
Cutting propagation experiment was carried out with the Leucaena seedlings. L9 (34) element orthogonal experiment was designed according to different cutting shoots, medium and root--inducing regulator. The result showed that the condition of cutting shoots was the main influential factor of rooting rate, the effect of medium and root--inducing regulator on rooting rate was not distinct. Medium and cutting shoots condition were the main influential factors of adventitious roots length and seedlings height respectively,
