摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrom e,PCOS)是妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病之一,是导致育龄妇女月经不调、不育的常见原因。瘦素是肥胖基因的蛋白产物,具有调节体内能量代谢和脂肪沉积的作用,而抑制素是卵巢颗粒细胞分泌的多肽糖蛋白,主要生理功能是反馈性抑制垂体FSH的分泌而对生殖活动产生影响。近年来研究表明瘦素、抑制素与生殖密切相关。本文从瘦素和抑制素两方面对PCOS的发病机制做初步探讨。
PCOS is one of the most common diseases in endocrine disturbance of women , It is a familiar reason to cause the irregular menstruation , infertility for the age women. Leptin is proteinum outcome of obese gene and have regulate the function that energy metabolism inside the body and fat deposite. And inhibition is a polypeptide glucoprotein which is secreted by granular cells of ovary, the main physiology function is a feedback to repress to secrete of FSH in pituitary body, and influnee reproduction. In recent years, study show that Leptin, inhibition and reproduction closely related. So this paper reviews an initial study to the PCOS outbreak mechanism from both of Leptin and inhibition.
