现行国际货币体系与布雷顿森林体系相比虽然有其进步性,但也存在着诸多缺陷,影响到世界经济的稳定运行。美国次贷危机爆发以来,加快国际货币体系改革已成为国际社会的共识。在新的形势下,国际货币体系改革的决策机制正在发生变化,G20逐步取代G8的决策地位,新兴经济体成为改革的重要推动力量,特别是中国的态度和立场受到各方的重视。中国作为正在崛起的大国,应摆正自己的角色定位,以积极务实的态度,在国际货币体系改革中发挥建设性作用。

The present international currency system and the Bretton woods system compares,although has its progressive, but also has many flaws, affects to the world economics steady operation.Since the American loan crisis has erupted, speeds up the international currency system reform to become the international society the mutual recognition. Under the new situation,the international currency system reform＇s decision-making mechanism is changing, G20 substitutes for G8 gradually the policy-making impelling status ,the emerging economy becomes the reform the important force,specially China＇s manner and the standpoint receive all quarters the value.China takes the great nation which rises, should square own role localization, by the positive practical manner, plays the constructive role in the international currency system reform.
