由于外需萎缩,我国的出口正在急剧下滑,而政府"有形之手"拉动的内需增长只能在短期内填补外需下滑的部分缺口,因而需要依靠政府改革来释放出内部的有效需求。

Given the collapse of overseas＇market, exports are now vastly shrinking. State-sponsored domestic demand increase will offset the effect in the short term but cannot work effectively in a long run. The government needs to carry out reform to unleash potential demand and turn it into purchasing power.
