摘要
在分析三坐标测量机输出文件规则的基础上,针对逆向工程数据处理中存在的重复操作、精度不高等问题,利用UG的二次开发工具UG/OPEN GRIP,编写了"点云分层"和"数据投影"两个程序,减少了数据处理的重复操作,提高了UG软件在逆向工程中的应用效率,为逆向工程中的应用问题找到了一种新的解决思路和方法。
After analyzing the rules of output data files from CMM, both "Catch_Point" and "Data Correct" programs developed by UG/OPEN GRIP are written to solve the fussy operations for selected points and data projection, which enhance the efficiency of model reconstruction greatly. It may be the new method to solve the application problems in reverse engineering.
