摘要
为克服传统织机设计CAD技术的局限性,首次将产品智能设计技术中基于原型推理的优化设计方法引入产品设计工作的全生命周期,并运用Visual Basic语言对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发.以Access数据库作为底层数据库,开发出用以提高织机设计自动化水平与设计效率的基于原型推理辅助设计模块.运行实例表明,该模块的应用能够实现织机零部件的快速变形设计,避免琐碎的数据处理与手工重复绘图,提高了设计的效率与系统的自动化水平.
In order to solve the limitations of traditional CAD design method, the optimum design method based on prototype reasoning of intelligent design methods is introduced into whole life cycle design of product, and the SolidWorks software is secondary developed by Visual Basic. The aided design module based on prototype reasoning which can improve the automation level and design efficiency is develped based on Access database. The result shows that this module can implement rapid variant design of weaving machine parts and avoid tedious data processing and manual repeat drawing, can also greatly improve product development efficiency and automation level of system.
