介绍了通过应用红外扫描、氧含量分析仪开发应用45m回转窑燃烧控制系统,实现煅烧带参数变化趋势;实时监测并报警;并可通过回转窑燃烧控制辅助管理系统,实现手动/自动控制的无扰切换功能。
The parameter deviation trend of calcine zone and real time monitoring and alarm can be realized by application of ultra infrared scanning,oxygen containing analyzer in the combustion control system of 45-meter rotary kiln as well as realization of shift function of manual/automatic control without bumpless.
