富气脱硫系统存在的问题及解决对策

中国石油塔里木油田公司塔西南石化厂催化装置富气脱硫系统自投产以来,硫泡沫溢流困难,脱硫塔和循环泵频繁被堵,同时液化气、稳定汽油质量受到影响,一直不能正常运行。为了解决富气脱硫系统问题,保证产品质量,对催化裂化富气脱硫系统试车、生产操作参数和分析数据进行了统计分析,查找原因,在此基础上提出了切实有效的解决措施,取得了良好效果。

Analyzed are the operating parameters of catalytic cracking unit removing hydrogen sulfide from rich gas during test run and production,identified are some problems existing in the catalytic cracking unit and analyzed are the causes resulting in the problems,put forward are some practical and effective measures and good results are eventually achieved.
