摘要
目的探索大肠腺瘤特异性相关基因。方法用基因芯片技术研究大肠腺瘤的基因表达谱,筛选出的差异表达基因,并以RT-PCR对部分差异表达基因进行检测来验证芯片结果。结果大肠腺瘤的282特异性差异表达的基因,基因上调85个,下调197个。结论大肠腺瘤有多种基因发生差异表达,其中癌基因与抑癌基因肿瘤相关基因及细胞凋亡基因是大肠腺瘤的相关基因。
Objective To search the colorectal adenoma related genes. Methods Differentially expressed genes of colorectal adenoma tissues and colorectal mucous membranes were identified by microarray-based detection. Part of differentially expressed genes were identified by semiquantitative RT-PCR. Results Among them,85 were leveled up.197 were leveled down.Conclusion In a general,comparison with normal colorectal mucous membranes,282 different expression genes were found in colorectal adenoma. Apoptosis and carcinoma related gene may play an important role in pathogenesis of colorectal adenoma.
