目的探讨Thornwaldt囊肿的MRI特征。方法回顾性分析11例经MR诊断的Thornwaldt囊肿的MRI表现。结果该病显示为鼻咽腔正中、夹在双侧的头长肌之间的囊性肿物,T1WI像上5例呈高信号,3例呈中等信号,3例呈稍低信号,所有囊肿在T2WI像上均呈高信号,直径在5～17mm之间,平时多无症状,多在偶尔发现。结论MRI对Thornwaldt囊肿的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,是诊断Thornwaldt囊肿的主要影像学检查方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the MRI characteristics of Thornwaldt cysts. Methods Retrospective analysis 11 cases Thornwaldt cysts by MR diagnosed.Results The disease showed that cystic tumor located in the middle of the nasopharyngeal cavity,In between both sides of the head longus muscle,On T1 weighted images,the lesion appeared as hyperintense （5/11）,and medium hypointense（3/11）,slight hypointense（3/11）.On T2 weighted images,all of the lesions appeared as hyperintense signal. diameter between 5～17mm,usually asymptomatic,Was found occasionally. Conclusion MRI possessed a high sensitivity and specificity,and was one of the main methods on the diagnose Thornwaldt cysts.
