飞行员心理治疗与干预方案需求问卷的信效度研究

Pilot Program of Psychological Treatment and Intervention Needs of Reliability and Validity of the Questionnaire Study

目的测定飞行员心理治疗与干预方案需求问卷的信、效度。方法取168名飞行员进行问卷的Cronbach浕系数及结构效度分析,对23人进行间隔17d重测信度测评。采用LSD法进行机种间多重比较法检验效标效度。结果在不同时段飞行员对心理治疗方案的需求分量表的Cronbacha系数分别为0.881、0.750、0.833,重测信度分别为0.805、0.859、0.791。因素分析的结果验证了问卷框架。结论该问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可在评估飞行员对心理治疗与干预需求时推广应用。

Objective To determine the pilot program of psychological treatment and intervention needs of questionnaire reliability and validity. Methods 168 pilots from the questionnaire Cronbach a coefficient,and construct validity analysis,23 were carried out on 17-day interval test-retest reliability assessment. The use of LSD method of multiple types of comparative law between the test criterion validity. Results Pilots at different times of the demand for psychological treatment of subscale Cronbach a coefficients were 0.881,0.750,0.833,Test-retest reliability 0.805,0.859,0.791 respectively. The results of factor analysis to verify the framework of the questionnaire： The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Conclusion the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,assessment of the pilots in the treatment of psychological needs and promote the use of intervention.
