Low Temperature Aging Effects of Y_2O_3 Stabilized Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystals Ceramics in Acidic Environment

摘要 研究了4种氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷在弱酸性环境下的低温时效对力学性能的影响。每种氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷陶瓷材料均分为对照组和时效组,时效组置于80℃、质量分数为4%的醋酸溶液中时效168h。采用X射线衍射分析试片表面单斜相含量,测试试条的三点弯曲强度,用电子显微镜观察试条断口形貌。结果表明,低温时效后4种氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷陶瓷的表面单斜相含量有不同程度的增加,但抗弯强度无显著变化。 The influence of low-temperature degradation (LTD) treatment on the mechanical properties of four kinds of Y2O3 stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (Y-TZP) ceramics in weak acidic environment was researched. Every kind of Y-TZP ceramics was divided into two groups : the control group and the LTD group. The LTD groups were put in the 4% acetic acid at 80 ℃ for 168 h. XRD was used to determine the volume content of monoclinic phase. The three-point flexural strength of the specimens was measured, Fracture surface of the specimen were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results revealed that afler LTD in weak acidic environment the content of monoclinic phase increased in different degrees in the surface of four Y-TZP ceramics,but the flexural strengths were not significantly changed.
