摘要
研究了以烯丙基氯、二甲基胺和氢氧化钠为原料,合成二烯丙基-二甲基氯化铵的合成工艺,提出了在反应温度为5℃、10℃和15℃下,烯丙基氯和氢氧化钠的累积体积分数加量分别为25%、55%及90%的分段式升温交替滴加新方法,可使叔胺化反应时间缩短至2h。在总物质的量比为:烯丙基氯∶二甲基胺∶氢氧化钠为2.10~2.15∶1.0∶1.0,反应温度:45℃下,6~7h可完成季胺化反应。此工艺已在工业试验中得到验证。得到DADMAC≥92%、NaCl≤3%收率为95%的工业产品。
