介绍了近年来齐鲁乙烯装置的技术改造措施。通过技术改造解决了裂解汽油干点高、急冷水乳化、裂解气压缩机超负荷运转和乙醇胺耗量大等问题，使装置的生产能力由１００％提高到了１１８％以上。

he ethylene plant capacity of Qilu Petrochemical Corp. has been increased by more than 18% through technical modifications overcoming a series of bottlenecks hindering the plant from enhancing its capacity since commissioning in 1987 such as high dry point of pyrolysis gasoline,emulsification of oil in quench water,charge gas compressor overload and high consumption of ethanolamine.
