摘要
针对决策者权重、属性权重和属性值均为语言形式的多属性群体决策问题,给出一种基于二元语义信息处理的群体决策方法。该方法采用二元语义概念对语言评价信息进行处理和集结运算,结合传统的理想点方法对方案进行优选。首先描述了具有语言评价信息的多属性群体决策问题,然后介绍了有关二元语义的定义及其相关性质,给出了基于二元语义的集结算子,并进一步给出了解决该类群体决策问题的具体步骤。最后给出了一个算例,验证了该方法的有效性。
A new method was proposed to solve multi-attribute group decision-making problems, in which the weights, the attribute weights and the attribute values of all decision makers took the form of linguistic information. The 2-tuple linguistic representation was used to deal with and aggregate the linguistic assessment information, and the optimal alternative was determined according to the traditional ideas of TOPSIS. The multi-attribute group decision making problems with linguistic assessment information were described and the definition, character and aggregation operator of 2-tuple linguistic information were in- troduced. Finally, an example was used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
