摘要
运用油气微生物勘探技术中的石油微生物勘探技术,在阳信地区进行了采样和烃氧化菌的培养,通过该区的微生物异常分析,结合区内现有的区域地质资料,对研究工区的微生物异常区域进行了分析研究,并对其进行了分级排队,完成了工区内微生物异常辅助识别石油。在此基础上,建议加强对工区内沉积微相研究,以断层遮挡圈闭和鼻状构造为导向,再考虑评价部署的问题,这将大幅度提高勘探成功率。
The technique of microbiological prospecting has been used for Yangxin Sag by sampling and cultivating hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria to analyze the zones of microbiological anomaly in conjunction with available regional geological data. These zones are ranked,thus realized identifying oil in the study area with the assistance of microbiological anomaly. It is suggested to strengthen sedimentary microfacies analysis and to re-evaluate deployment by following the fault-sealed trap and nose structure. The success rate of exploration can be greatly improved by doing so.
