摘要
运用过程系统能量综合优化的“三环节”方法,对一要扩产的轻质糠醛精制装置进行了能量综合优化。通过采用增设沉降罐、改二效蒸发为三效蒸发并优化各效的蒸发率、对换热网络进行优化合成及换热网络的结构调优等能量的工艺利用、回收及转化环节的改进措施,并建立换热网络结构调优的经济优化数学模型进行优化,使扩产的糠醛精制装置的能量综合优化改进方案能耗达到了国内先进水平。
n energy integration optimization has been conducted for a lubricant baseoil refinery unit to be expanded with the “threelinks”systematic methodology for process systemsThe main improvement measures include:installing settlement tanks and changing the two effect evaporator to three effect evaporator along with optimizing the evaporation ratio of each effect,synthesizing optimal heat exchanger netwrok(HEN) and carrying out the structure evolution of the HENAn exergoeconomic mathematical model was established to optimize the HEN structureThrough the above work,we have proposed an optimal energy integration design scheme for the unit to be expanded,to make its energy consumption level one of the best in China
