This article gives the introduction to the electrified railway. It is analyzed with traction substation testing data of the domestic electrified railway. The Matlab is a popular software which is more used for calculation and imitation currently, it give the research workers to bring tremendous convenience,because it has huge calculation function, simple and easy programming language with strongly imitated funetion. The testing data are analyzed with Matlab M language, it is analyzed in total harmonic distortion of voltage, unbalanced degree, the rate of harmonic voltage containing. Finally put forward a homologous countermeasure and suggestion.
