摘要
由石油化工科学研究院开发的MIO新工艺在兰州炼油化工总厂第一套催化裂化装置上进行了工业生产。用新疆重质馏分油,在掺炼渣油22.43%的情况下,使用RFC催化剂的MIO工艺运转结果表明,“三烯”(丙烯+丁烯+戊烯)产率达到31.42%,其中异丁烯和异戊烯的产率达到8.85%,还可以获得MON为81、RON为94的高辛烷值汽油。1996年全年多增加效益2478万元。
Commercial application of MIO technology developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was carried on the FCC unit at Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex. When using Xinjiang VGO blended with 22.43% residual oil feedstock cracking over RFC catalyst, the overall propylene, butylenes and amylenes yield reached 31.42%, in which isobutylene plus isoamylene yield was 8.85%. The naphtha had a MON of 81 and a RON of 94. Economic effect was obtained.
