摘要
介绍使用前馈控制策略提高德士古水煤浆气化炉入口氧气总管流量压力控制稳定性的方法。通过在金陵分公司3台德士古水煤浆气化炉实际使用,证明此方法控制效果良好,提高了气化炉的运行安全性。
This paper presents the method of how to use the feedforward control strategy to improve the stability of feed oxygen inlet pipeline flowrate and pressure control of Texaco Gasifier. It＇s proved by the actual application in 3 Texaco coal-water slurry gasifiers of Jingling Branch Co. that the method has good effect, and can improve safe operation of Texaco Gasifier.
